1. Compliance Statement

All performers, models and other persons appearing in any visual depiction on pian.tv (“the Site”) were 18 years of age or older at the time the depiction was produced.

2. The Site Is Not a Producer

The Site does not produce or film any of the content it displays and is not a “primary producer” as defined in 18 U.S.C. §2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75. Content on the Site is sourced from licensed partners and studios.

3. Records

The age and identity records required by 18 U.S.C. §2257 and its implementing regulations are maintained by the original producers or licensors of the respective content. To request custodian-of-records information for specific content, please contact us and we will direct you to the relevant producer.

4. Exemption Statement

The Site’s activities with respect to the content are limited to transmission, storage, retrieval, hosting and formatting as described in 28 C.F.R. §75.1(c)(4). The operator of the Site does not hire, contract for, manage or otherwise arrange for the participation of any depicted person, and is therefore exempt from the record-keeping requirements. Content produced outside the United States was produced in compliance with the laws of its place of production.

5. Zero Tolerance

The Site has a zero-tolerance policy toward any content involving minors. If you encounter any suspected violating content, please notify us immediately; it will be removed at once and reported to the appropriate authorities.
